Elite physiotherapy management for all sports, general, work and motor-vehicle accident injuries, with effective hands-on techniques. Our new purpose built facility has fully equipped fitness and rehab studio, along with a Pilates equipment studio. We have six experienced physiotherapists in our team (see 'our staff' section for profiles), and offer 30 minute standard appointments with after hours availability. We offer instant claiming using HICAPS and have EFTPOS facilities.

myMASSAGEsa offers massage services by two skilled massage therapists, Jode Brooks and Sherie Heyer, both have Diplomas of Massage along with private health insurance provider numbers for instant HICAPS claiming. They offer a broad range of hands-on techniques such as remedial and sports massage, deep tissue, hot stone massage, pregnancy massage, relaxation massage, and ear candling.

myPILATESsa Studio offers supervised motivating Pilates sessions and classes with an extensive timetable.We have new Reformers, Trapeze and Multichair apparatus along with gym balls, chi balls, rollers and bands. Private health fund rebates apply.

Fitness Studio offers small group Personal Training sessions with Master Trainer Denis Creaser. He offers individualised programs with intensive instruction. Fully equipped with cardio, pin-loaded, PunchFit and free-weight machines for whole body training and conditioning. Affordable monthly option or casual sessions are available. From $10 per 45 minute session.

Fitness Classes under physio and personal trainer supervision in our fully equipped gym. We currently offer two morning workout hours and an Over 50's specific class. These cost only $8 or if you have private extra's cover they are bulkbilled.

Gym Rehabilitation for your injury programmed by your Physiotherapist in our fully equipped gym. For $30 a month you have access to the gym to undertake your individualised injury rehab program.
